Baybrook JCPenny is partnering with the Center for Career Development to host a business-themed scavenger hunt event and offer students discounts of up to 45% off select items of professional attire.

The “Suit-Up Event” will be hosted at the JCPenney on 100 Baybrook Mall, Friendswood, TX 77546 from 4 – 7 p.m. on September 14.

At the event there will be hidden coupons for an additional 30% off certain items offered to UHCL students, faculty, and staff .

Items that these discounts would apply to include career wear, shoes and accessories.

“Clothes are expensive, man, I’m not gonna lie. I had to ask my mom to help me buy some jeans a while ago because I wore mine down, so I would actually appreciate a discount coupon for some good clothes” said Luke Williams, and IT Cybersecurity Major when asked about his thoughts on the event.

Baybrook JCPenny stated they will also be offering select skincare products, men’s grooming products, and makeup services during the event.

Another student, Jordan Tobias, also found value in the announced event. “It’s a neat event, and a cool opportunity for the people who need it.”
