The All Majors Career and Internship Fair, designed to give UHCL students an opportunity to explore internships and potential career pathways, will take place Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, from 1:30 to 4 p.m. in the Recreation and Wellness Center.

Laurel Spurgeon, program manager of employer relations and experiential learning, said the event will feature booths from multiple companies and prospective employers, giving students the chance to network, learn about a variety of job and internship opportunities, and directly share their résumés with the employers in attendance.

Career fairs can help students prepare for entering their chosen fields by providing access to employers, the kinds of jobs they offer, and through attendants asking in-person questions with people directly involved with those employers to better understand the opportunities open to them.

Students are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their résumés and dress professionally. Updating a LinkedIn profile, practicing introductions and preparing questions for organizations in advance can also help students make the most of the fair.

Those planning to attend will need to check in on-site the day of the event.
